1.1. This Online Store privacy policy is informative, which means that it is not a source of obligations for Service Users or Customers of the Online Store.

Hurtowa 4/4, 15-399 Białystok); entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000645680; registry court, in which the company's documentation is stored: District Court in Białystok, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register; NIP (Tax Identification Number): 5423262230; REGON: 365817646; e-mail address: [email protected], contact phone number: +48 85 888 00 85 - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and being at the same time the Online Store Service Provider and the Seller.
1.3. The personal data of the Service Recipient and Customer are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1000 as amended) (hereinafter referred to as: the Personal Data Protection Act), the Act on the provision of services by electronic means of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended) and the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR)
1.4. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes; factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form enabling identification of the persons to whom they relate, no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
1.5. All words, expressions and acronyms appearing on this page and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) should be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Online Store Regulations available on the Online Store website.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND RECIPIENTS OF DATA
2.1. Each time the purpose, scope and recipients of data processed by the Administrator result from actions taken by the Service User or Customer in the Online Store. For example, if the Customer chooses personal pickup instead of courier when placing the Order, then his personal data will be processed for the conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement, but will no longer be made available to the carrier performing the shipment at the request of the Administrator.
2.2. Possible purposes of collecting personal data of Service Recipients or Customers by the Administrator:
2.2.1. conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement or contract for the provision of Electronic Services (e.g. Account).
2.2.2. direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services.
2.2.3. Customer expressing opinion on the concluded Sales Agreement.
2.3. Possible recipients of personal data of Online Store Customers:
2.3.1. In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of delivery by post or courier, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected carrier or intermediary performing the shipment at the request of the Administrator.
2.3.2. In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of electronic payments or a payment card, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected entity operating the above payments in the Online Store.
2.3.3. In the case of a Customer who has agreed to express an opinion on the concluded Sales Agreement, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected entity operating the system of surveys giving opinions on the concluded Sales Agreements in the Online Store.
2.4. The Administrator may process the following personal data of Service Recipients or Customers using the Online Store: name and surname; e-mail address; contact phone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, zip code, city, country), address of residence / business / registered office (if different from the delivery address). In the case of Service Recipients or Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator may additionally process the company name and tax identification number (NIP) of the Service Recipient or Customer.
2.5. Providing personal data referred to in the point above may be necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement or contract for the provision of Electronic Services in the Online Store. Each time, the scope of data required to conclude a contract is indicated previously on the Online Store website and in the Online Store Regulations.

2.Each time the purpose, scope and recipient of data processed by the Administrator results from the actions taken by the Customer or the Customer in the Online Shop. For example, if the Customer, when placing an Order, chooses personal collection instead of courier delivery, his personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and performing a Sales Agreement, but will no longer be made available to the carrier carrying out shipments on behalf of the Administrator.
2.Possible purposes for which the Administrator may collect personal data from the Service Recipients or Clients:
2.2.1. conclusion and performance of a Sales Agreement or an Electronic Service Agreement (e.g. Account).
2.2.2. direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services.
2.2.3. the Client expresses its opinion on the concluded Sales Agreement.
2.3. enable the recipients of the personal data of the customers of the Internet Shop:
2.3.1 In the case of a Customer who uses the method of delivery in the Online Shop by mail or courier, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to a selected carrier or intermediary carrying out shipments on behalf of the Administrator.
2.3.2 In the case of a Customer who uses the electronic payment method or payment card in the Internet Shop, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to a selected entity servicing the above payments in the Internet Shop.
2.3.3 In the case of a Customer who has agreed to express an opinion on a concluded Sales Agreement, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to a selected entity operating a system of surveys that assesses the concluded Sales Agreements in the Internet Shop.
2.4. the Administrator may process the following personal data of Customers using the Online Shop: name and surname; e-mail address; contact telephone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), address of residence/business activity/situation (if different from the delivery address). 2.The provision of personal data referred to in the above point may be necessary for the conclusion and performance of a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service in the Internet Shop. Each time the scope of data required to conclude a contract is indicated in advance on the website of the Internet Shop and in the Regulations of the Internet Shop.

3.The Administrator may process the data contained in cookies files when visitors use the website of the Internet Shop for the following purposes:
3.2.1. identify Customers as logged in to the Online Shop and show that they are logged in;
3.2.2. remember the Products added to the shopping cart in order to place an Order;
3.2.3. remember data from completed Order Forms, questionnaires or login data to the Online Shop;

4. THE BASIS OF THE DATA PROCESSING

5. THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND RECTIFY THE CONTENT OF THEIR DATA

5.1. the Client or the Client has the right to access the content of their personal data, to obtain information on what data is being processed and to correct it and to transfer it.
5.Each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Administrator's data filing system, and in particular the right to: demand supplementing, updating, correcting personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their removal if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the Act or if they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, the right to limit the processing of data.
5.If the Administrator intends to process or processes the data of the Client or the Client for the purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to (1) object to the processing of his or her data or (2) request that the Administrator's data be processed or processed for the purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or serviceswhen he considers that the processing of personal data is carried out in a manner contrary to the law and regulations concerning the protection of personal data, to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.

6.The Online Shop may contain links to other websites. The Administrator encourages the user to read the privacy policy of other websites after going to other websites. This privacy policy applies only to this Online Store.
6.The Administrator shall apply technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of the personal data processed, appropriate to the risks and categories of data covered by the protection, and in particular shall protect the data against unauthorised disclosure, takeover by an unauthorised person, processing in violation of the applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction. Only trained and authorized employees of the Administrator have access to personal data.
6.The Administrator shall make available the following technical measures to prevent unauthorised persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically:
